At HydroJack, we stand by the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day window to return the item in brand-new condition and must be still in box. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. To initiate a return, kindly ensure all items are returned to us in the same condition they were received. Hand Wash:

All components, including the lid, gasket, and handle, should be hand washed with mild soap and water. Use a soft sponge or cloth to gently clean the components. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh detergents, as they can cause damage.

Air Dry:

After washing, allow all components to air dry completely. Ensure that there is no moisture left on any part of the lid before reassembling it.

Bottle Cleaning:

The bottle itself can be cleaned with a bottle brush. The wide mouth of the bottle allows for easy cleaning, ensuring that no residues or odors are retained.
